By accessing or using Hotel Lobby AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must have the legal capacity required to enter a binding agreement.
The service
Hotel Lobby AI lets signed-in users upload two photos and request an AI video based on a fixed template. The service relies on third-party AI processing. Results can vary in likeness, movement, clothing, timing, audio, and availability. Public examples are illustrative only and do not promise a personalized result.
Photos, consent, and your responsibility
You represent that you own the rights to uploaded content or have all necessary permissions and consents to use it, including from people depicted. You authorize us and service providers acting for us to process that content only to provide the service, maintain account records, and protect security.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, harassing, or hateful content.
- Do not use the service to impersonate another person or falsely imply that a person, brand, or organization endorses an output.
- Review every output before publishing and make sure your use of people, music, trademarks, and other protected material is authorized.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
The generator displays the credit price for the selected quality before submission; our server verifies and reserves the applicable credits when a task begins. Payment, subscription renewal, and cancellation are governed by the terms shown at checkout and in billing settings.
Unless required by applicable law or an expressly stated refund policy, consumed credits and generation requests that have started processing are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe a billing error occurred.
Outputs and availability
AI outputs may contain artifacts, fail to complete, or differ from expectations. We do not guarantee any particular output, generation time, or uninterrupted availability. We may limit, reject, or pause requests to protect users, capacity, and provider resources.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, interface, fixed templates, and non-user content in the service are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law permits or we give written permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell, or interfere with the service. You retain rights you have in your uploads and remain responsible for how you use and publish them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party services, generated content, or loss of data.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may modify, suspend, or end all or part of the service to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product, and may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by the date on this page or another reasonable notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
